These man hours were worked on projects ranging from complicated heavy machinery rigging projects to technical building demolition and decommissioning projects on active facilities. Each project was staffed with a site safety officer who enforced the R. Baker & Son corporate Health and Safety Plan as well as client specific safety standards and, of course, all OSHA and ANSI standards.
R. Baker & Son prioritizes safety on each and every project as well as throughout the organization. Everyone, from the President of the company to the laborers as well as any subcontractors, is actively involved in R. Baker & Son’s commitment to an incident-free workplace.
